Distribute IT customers now merging to Netregistry

It has been a long haul for Distribute IT customers and also for the staff at Netregistry. The migration fully taking place 1am – 8am Thursday 21st July, 2011 (AEST)

There will be a 4 hour downtime on your web hosting account. A long hard night for the technicians.

As you may be aware from previous notifications, the next stage of migrating customers to the Netregistry group is a physical relocation of hosting servers, from the previous DistributeIT data centre in Melbourne to Netregistry Group’s data centre (Global Switch) in Sydney. During this time there will be an expected downtime of approximately 4 hours for shared hosting clients. It is important to note that this maintenance will impact both reseller hosting accounts and end-user accounts.
