Q1. What if I need more than
one email pop account?
Answer: We have a gateway email sytem
which means that you can place any name in front of the address
and all email will go to the one mail box. For seperate email
pop accounts it's $1.50 per mth for seperate pop account.
Q.2. What happens after 12
months expires with hosting?
Answer: At this time we
will approach you to see if you would like to continue web services
with us. If you do want to continue as we anticipate you will,
we can invoice for the next year. It's really up to you, though
paying upfont for a full year entitles 2 month Free.
Q3. How will I get
my information to you to develop our business or personal web
pages?
Answer: Our consultant
can arrange a meeting. If you prefer please email images which
will need to be saved as a .gif, .jpeg and contents saved in
Microsoft Word or a .rtf. Mail us a brochure or other relevant
information you would like us to include in your website. We
also accept floppy disks, CD's which can be mailed or collected
at the time of a brief.
Q4. What if the web packs
are not viable for what I want in a website?
Answer: We can develop a custom
quote to suit your needs. Simply email

Q5. Is a database included
in the plans?
Answer: No. Though if
you require a database programmer $70 an hour or we will quote
on the project at a competitive price. Our web developer will
build robust shopping carts, messageboards, guestbooks, enquiry
forms that send information direct to databases and much more
in ASP, COLD FUSION, PHP so that you once again receive the
most professional web presence. A database is included in the
price of the Ecommerce Web Package.
Q6. Is there any payment
plans?
Answer: Yes a Minimum of
50% is required upfront before any work is commenced. The balance
owing is paid upon the competion of work. Invoices can be issued
and are payable within 7 days.
Q7. What software programs
do you use to develop my web site?
Answer: We use Macromedia range
of web authoring programs, including Dreamweaver, Fireworks,
Flash, and a broad range of software utilities from Microsoft,
Adobe, Allaires ColdFusion.
Q8. Can I be a part
of the web production process?
Answer: Yes, customers
always are. We work with you to develop the site you want. We
know you like to be apart of the production process so we will
upload your web pages to a temporary directory so that you can
review progress of your site on the web and report any recommendations
you feel necessary to outline to us.

Q9 After the website
is completed, what is the cost to add on and update any pages
that need attention?
Answer: To design another page
and update contents will be on a quote basis or hourly rate
of $70 per hour. Depending on the size and scope of the update
and extra page. If you are a subscriber to ExpressAccess we
include the first update free.

to your online requirements is second to none. We are always

Q10. May I update and do
the work myself after the site is completed?
Answer: Absolutely, if you own
Frontpage or a web authoring program we will certainly make
it easy for you to update and maintain. Though to avoid any
ploblems please contact us before you go ahead and do any work
for yourself. There are a number of issues that are too complex
to explain just here.
